• Logistic Charges of Rs. 150/- only are applicable on all orders below Rs. 800/-
• You must book order via WhatsApp or via Website. We can only address queries on call & provide information customer needs. We do not accept orders via phone call. All communication will happen via WhatsApp/SMS only.
• "WeClean" will not take any responsibility, if cloths given directly to delivery boy without placing order with us via WhatsApp & receiving a confirmation.We put all efforts to respect the agreed delivery period & timelines provided. Delays do not however give any right to compensation.
• Customers are requested to examine & count their garments on pickup as well as on delivery & take acknowledgement via SMS/WhatsApp/Receipt as “WeClean” is not responsible after the delivery is done.
• All communication will happen via SMS/WhatsApp only & Standard delivery happens in 3 working days. Quick delivery (within 36 hours) is available only on select services.
• “WeClean” assures the best service with zero compromise on quality. While other Laundries compensate up to 10 times of service charge, WeClean promises up to 12 times the service charge in case of loss / misplacement/complete damage* to the garment.The compensation shall be made in form of voucher of equivalent cash value or a direct cheque payment in the customer’s account only. No cash compensations will be provided.
• Any discrepancy(ies) regarding shortage or exchange of cloths should be reported to “WeClean” customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to resolve query smoothly.
• Any complaint(s) must be highlighted to the WeClean Team without delay; and at the latest in the (3) three business days after delivery of the articles and with the presentation of weclean’s paper receipt or digital acknowledgement and the garment tags of WeClean brand name intact.The complaints are carefully examined by our customer service team and are respectively justified / rectified by our teams in the stores. Normal time delay may apply to the rectification process.
• Our objective is to respond to every complaint at the earliest, however, any complaints and grievance cases may take up to (7) seven days for an appropriate response as this has to be certified and checked of the possibilities by our quality supervision and operations teams.
• “WeClean” will inform you/consult with you about any pre-process damages/stains and ask for your consent to move ahead with the process. In case, no answer is obtained, we will perform the best suited practices.
• ‘WeClean’ strictly follows the care-label instruction, but yet some fabrics lose colour/shrink for which we do not take responsibility.Wherever possible, the company will notify the customer of stains and issues that cannot be resolved due to further possible damage to the fabric, its dye, its form / shape, its embellishments or any of its other characteristics.
• In spite of the simple professional control carried out at the time of the reception of the articles, we cannot be held responsible for the damage due to non-identifiable properties or not detectable defects such as: insufficient resistance of fabrics or the seams, bad reaction of the colours or the impressions, presence of a pen in the lining, former defects or weaknesses due to continued exposure to sunlight or harsh conditions, deterioration of the buttons, loops, zippers, shoulder pads, ornaments, etc., or if the label of maintenance is incorrect. A responsibility for contracting or a modification of the colours remaining in the usual tolerances is excluded.
• "WeClean" cannot be held responsible for breakage of buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings or threads-out or delay, loss or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control.
• In case an incorrect entry is made by our delivery executive, our inspection team makes corrections, order gets edited, user gets informed and reimbursed or has to clear the balance payment.
• Items that are not serviceable in Washing services, will be returned if the customer does not want them Dry Cleaned. In this case no reimbursement will be allowed for the items on returning if order value goes below the Minimum Order requirement for Free Pickup & Delivery Service.
• Customers are requested to count the cloths before pick up & at the time of delivery. In-case of any shortage should be reported to "WeClean" customer care at the time of delivery.Customers are also requested to examine their garments on taking delivery as we are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery is done.
• If you find any member of the WeClean family – Delivery/Pickup Executive or from the Customer Support team misbehaving in any way, kindly write to us on – email@example.com.
• Damages* - There are two types of unfortunate damages that can incur while processing your valuable items - Partial/Complete. When the damage is Partial - small tear, patch, colour fading or bleeding – such that the item can be used, no reimbursement will be made & best suited repair method would be suggested. If an item is completely damaged, irreparable & cannot be used anymore, reimbursement will be sanctioned.
• Upon receiving a request, WeClean shall inform the customer about the stipulated time of pick up / delivery of articles at the registered address of the customer. Person responsible for handing over the garments to the WeClean agent is expected to be available. In the event of unavailability and return, a new request has to be raised.
• WeClean shall provide the next available pick up / delivery time slot basis of factors like Location / load factor / distance /time taken to reach destination etc.
• WeClean delivery agents carry a WeClean ID card and shall provide an original WeClean’s paperreceipt or digital acknowledgement at your doorstep. Any garments handed over to other person without the verification of the above will not be the liability of WeClean.
• WeClean pick up / delivery agents are trained to only provide indicative prices / delivery dates / cleaning possibilities for garment. Any detailed analysis of garment (specifically the delicate wear) will only be done by our dry clean experts at our laundry rooms. The final invoice and delivery dates with any other details will be provided only after inspection at our laundry rooms on the same day as pick up.
• All images and photographs on our online platforms – website, social media accounts, etc. are meant for illustration purposes only.
• All digitally collected payments are collected by our payment processing partner Razor pay India. Any queries and complaints with regards to digitally made payments to WeClean are subject to the Razorpay terms and conditions as mentioned on their website https://razorpay.com/terms/
• The company is untied to any responsibility excluded in the event of serious negligence. Our responsibility to the article only holds true if the article to be treated supports the process of cleaning recommended on the label of maintenance provided by the manufacturer of the garment. If the article does not support any wash care and maintenance instruction, the company shall use its expertise to provide appropriate service with exclusion to any responsibility.
• The articles must be collected within a period of 30 days after pick up, if customer is not available to take delivery. The company shall make attempt to contact the customer in such cases, however WeClean cannot be held liable for loss of article after a 45-day period of garment ready notifications (sent to the customer through SMS and other digital platforms)
• If the mandate of cleaning cannot be carried out, the articles will be returned in the state as received. The number and the kind of parts indicated on the receipt are determining for the verification of the entrusted articles.
• WeClean is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable articles left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellery, or other personal belongings.
• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
Unless otherwise stated, Get We Clean Private Limited and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on https://www.WeClean.services/. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from https://www.WeClean.services/ for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
